Like Family June 2025 Social Carer Survey Draw - Terms & Conditions

The Promoter
The Promoter is Like Family, with a registered office address at Level 1, 477 Pitt Street, Haymarket NSW 2000.

Eligibility

Entry is open to 'Like Family Social Carers' aged 18 years and over. A 'Like Family Social Carer' is someone who has registered on the Like Family online platform to provide social care or support to Like Family Members. Employees of the Promoter, their family members, or any individual connected in any way with the competition or its organisation are ineligible to enter.

Promotion Period
The promotion commences on 6th June 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on 30th June 2025. Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

How to Enter

Participants must complete the Like Family June 2025 Social Carer Survey in full. Only valid and complete responses will be eligible for entry. Previous respondents will automatically be included in the draw. Each participant is limited to one entry.

The Prize

The prize consists of one $100 Visa Gift Voucher. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries using a random number generator. The draw will take place on 1st July 2025 at Level 1, 477 Pitt Street, Haymarket NSW 2000.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email or through Like Family’s community announcements by 22nd April 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Privacy

All personal data collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws. Survey responses will be linked to participant profiles in order to administer the prize draw and understand individual experiences. All data will be handled in accordance with Australian privacy laws and Like Family’s Privacy Policy.

Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues or any other reason beyond its control. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil disturbances, or breaches of law or regulation.

Governing Law
The promotion and its terms and conditions are governed by Australian law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
