I am a compassionate and reliable individual with a strong passion for helping others and supporting people with disabilities to live fulfilling and there independent lives. I have experience in providing person-centred care, assisting with daily living activities , community access and inclusion. I am very committed to respect the rights, dignity, and choices of the people i support while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. I am a caring, patient and dedicated person with strong passion for supporting peoples to live their independent lives. In my role as a support worker, I value building respectful and trusting relationships with clients. I have high empathy which enables me to understand the need of the participants and provide the service that exceeds their expectations. I have experience in all aspects like personal care, community access, meal preparation, behaviour support, transport, household tasks and companionship. I am confident in working with people of diverse backgrounds and I always ensure safety, dignity, and respect are at the centre of my work. I have so many strengths include being reliable, empathetic, and calm. I enjoy helping people achieve their goals, learning new skills, staying connected to their community, also feeling supported in their daily lives.
