I love to work with different adults and children. I have been working at childcare more than 10 years. As a carer, I am be able to understand and relate to the emotions of the people they are caring for. I am have patience, especially when I take extra care of someone. I have new child enroll at my class who seems to be having hard time adjusting to the new environment. I start by greeting the child every day with a warm smile and friendly tone. I also engage them in activities that he enjoy or interested in. I create opportunities for one-on-one interaction with that child. During the interaction, I listen to him what he is saying and show empathy and understanding his feeling.
