I am driven by a genuine passion for enhancing people's lives and ensuring their comfort and happiness. With 37 years of experience as a qualified hairdresser and makeup artist, I have honed my skills in various areas of the industry. Beyond my professional expertise, I have also provided compassionate care for individuals with a range of conditions, including dementia/Alzheimer's, depression, Autism, Asperger's, ADHD, oppositional defiant disorder, and auditory processing disorder. My ability to empathise, exhibit patience, and demonstrate respect for diverse abilities allows me to create a positive and supportive environment. I possess the valuable skills of remaining composed under pressure, problem-solving, and offering alternative solutions when needed. Additionally, my cheerful demeanor and unwavering reliability have been appreciated by those I have worked with. I have also had the pleasure of teaching jiujitsu to children aged 3 to teenagers . Once a month I also have the pleasure of teaching a group of special needs adults yoga, fitness circuit and jiujitsu. Over the past three years as a support worker, I have had the privilege of assisting clients with Parkinson's, Cerebral palsy, Tourette syndrome, and depression. Seeing them embrace life to the fullest of their abilities has been incredibly fulfilling. Now, I am excited to extend my services to even more remarkable individuals, bringing smiles to their faces and joy to their hearts.
