1. What motivated you to become a Social Carer? I was motivated by my passion for helping people maintain their independence and live comfortably. Supporting others and making a positive difference in their daily lives is something I genuinely enjoy. 2. Why do you think you will be good at it? I have over three years of hands-on disability support experience, strong communication skills, and a calm, patient approach. I’m reliable, compassionate, and confident in providing safe, person-centred care.
