About me

I wanted to become a Social Carer because I am passionate about applying my skills, knowledge and support in unique ways that have a positive impact on people’s lives. I think I’m good at fitting in with other peoples ideas of what is a great day for you and what makes you happy. Providing support that feels like friendship is important to me and I prefer long-term clients that help build trust and respect so that we can genuinely enjoy each others time. I love bushwalking and love wandering around the scrub trails taking photo’s of anything from leaves and dirt to animals. I fish, kick footballs, love country drives and wandering around the city. My best skill in my own opinion is that I’ll try almost anything so maybe you can teach me some things you enjoy too if you decide to have me as your social carer. I have experience in working with adults, including aged people and children with complex and diverse needs, including complex trauma and across a broad spectrum of needs and requirements. My passion of spending quality time with people provides a unique opportunity for you to pursue interests and activities that you enjoy. I hold current: QLD open drivers license First Aid and CPR NDIS yellow card Working with children Blue Card Bachelor of Social Science/Welfare Diploma of Community Services/Case Management I embrace diversity and inclusivity
