My passion is to engage with people and help them to participate in everyday activities. My education and previous work experience provided me the skills to communicate with and understand people of all abilities to work towards a mutual goal. I love to work with others and creating a safe environment for individuals to express themselves. I work hard to create health relationships and listen to the needs of everyone around. I love to be outside and stay active, I enjoy learning new skills, especially new sports and physical activities. I have experience with following therapist created programs as well as training new skills, both physical and mental. I love cooking and eating healthy foods, as well as yummy treats. I am a trained exercise physiologist with 4 years of clinical experience. I have spent the past 8 months working and traveling around Europe, exploring different countries and cultures. I love being in nature and the challenges that being in new places provides.
