I love caring for other people, and I have a lot of experience dealing with all sorts of different people from all ages and backgrounds. I'm a warm, kind, compassionate, respectful, outgoing person who loves having a chat and getting to know new people. I am a great listener and open-minded to people's varying lives and backgrounds. I'm very non-judgmental since I know how life is not always smooth sailing. I've been working in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. The last 16 years I have been running my own business as a myotherapist and canine myofunctional therapist. I have a huge interest for health and fitness and loves being outdoors and explore new things. I'm originally from Sweden but have lived in Australia for 27 years. I am located in the Byron Bay area. I am very adaptable and open to learn new things and take part in any activity that the individual may be interested in I have a lot of knowledge about training and know my way around a gym so I could be of great assistance to someone who needs help with physical training. I am qualified Nutritional Coach and Detox Specialist, so I have wide knowledge in nutrition and health overall and can be of assistance to someone's health. I do oil painting so I can of assistance to someone who wants to paint. I have a lot of experience in horse riding and could be assistance in that area.
