I am motivated to become a social carer because I have a deep passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. Additionally, I have a genuine commitment to promoting independence and dignity for those I support, ensuring they feel respected and valued. I possess strong organsational skills, which I use both in my personal life and in previous roles I have held. I enjoy planning activities, whether it is organising outings or managing schedules, which helps ensure everything runs smoothly. My passion for fitness, particularly through going to the gym and playing soccer. Additionally, I love spending time outdoors, going for walks, and exploring new places, which helps me stay energised and engaged.
