I’m Tayeed! I'm a kind and amiable individual that truly takes pleasure in making people feel supported, safe, and appreciated. Having experience in aged care services, trauma-informed care, and community support, I approach everything with professionalism, dependability, and sensitivity. I'm currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work and have hands-on experience supporting individuals affected by family violence, mental health challenges, disability, and supported living needs. During my most recent placement in a supported accommodation setting, I assisted residents, including Aboriginal and culturally diverse individuals, with palliative care, care planning, and dayto-day wellbeing. My broader experience also includes community development projects, child protection case management, and international crisis response. My ability to interact with individuals from all walks of life and my calm, courteous demeanour are what make me an excellent social carer. I take satisfaction in offering considerate, person-centred care, and I feel comfortable working autonomously, especially in demanding or afterhours settings. Outside of work, I’m a parent of two, love to cook, and enjoy spending time outdoors. I believe in creating meaningful connections and supporting people to live with dignity, purpose, and joy.
