As a full-time Exercise and Sport Science student, I’ve developed a strong interest in rehabilitation and supporting people through physical and emotional recovery. My academic background has shown me the importance of holistic wellbeing, and it’s inspired me to explore how I can extend that care beyond the physical – into meaningful, hands-on support for those who need it most. I’m empathetic, compassionate, and genuinely want to make better use of my time by helping others in a more direct and impactful way. I believe becoming a social worker would give me the opportunity to gain valuable experience, deepen my understanding of human needs, and be part of positive change in people’s lives. Whether it’s assisting individuals through difficult circumstances or being a supportive presence when it matters most, I’m motivated by a desire to contribute, connect, and care. Being active and outside - I like going on walks with friends, running, swimming. I play competitive netball so also have the passion for pushing myself to become better in training. I love spending time around animals, my family, and crocheting!
