My background is in support teaching and I've always enjoyed caring for people. I have other experience with Home Help and volunteer driving. I feel a great sense of reward looking after others' needs and empowering them. Last year I completed Cert III in AUSLAN - gaining sign language conversational skills and an appreciation of Deaf values. Over the years I've enjoyed getting to know a diverse range of people and like working together to achieve their goals. I have a passion for walking, cycling, reading (love historical fiction!), watching shows and catch ups with friends over coffee with a laugh. I also garden, love games, puzzles and enjoy fixing things around the home. I have a positive approach and try my best to resolve any issues.
