My entire career was in hospitality business which required to interact with people so interacting with people and talking to people is something I always enjoy! I am easy to talk to and friendly person who loves cooking, singing, and looking after people. I recently started studying a certificate in community service because I have been wanting to help vulnerable people in community and to find more meaningful and rewarding career. In the past, I helped looked after my grandmother who had mild dementia and depression for a year. It was challenging at times but I am glad I could spend time with her while she lived with us. My goal is to assist vulnerable clients as much as I can so that they can be more independent and thrive in their life. Since cooking is my hobby, I would love to cook together with clients. I can bring cook books and cook together or I can show clients how to cook Japanese style dishes because I am a Japanese national. Another hobby that I am passionate about is arts and crafts. I would love to do drawings with clients or even teach them how to do origami papers.
