I'm an easy going, patient and open-minded person, who's willing to try new things and am very curious about people. I come from a large family, and as the eldest child in my immediate family I took on a lot of responsibility early on which developed my nature as a carer and leader. I am a great listener and am motivated by building capacity, rather than creating dependency. I have Greek heritage, so I really enjoy cooking (and eating) and can easily envisage myself sharing my passion for food in the form of a recipe cooked together with someone in the community. I think there is so much that can be discussed with something like this - including the history of the dish, origin of ingredients, method (the steps of which can be worked on together) as well as the pleasure of seeing the various stages come together into a finished meal. I have ginger cat named George (see photo) who lives with me in my house share. I enjoy walks, swimming, riding my bike, listening to music, writing, wristwatches, learning about technology and watching documentaries and movies.
