I have a nature of caring and serving people with special needs. I have experienced in working railway station, my responsibilities were included organising taxi for the people with special needs, and I enjoyed when they smile because the effort I put to serve them. By listening to them and make them feel comfortable around me. Then I can easily share my skills and hobbies with them! I am a calm and patient person. I like people and I get satisfaction when I can assist them or be of service to them. I relate well to people of all ages, genders and abilities. For example, some of my good friends in Melbourne are older people, around 70+ years of age. I enjoy their company and taking part in different activities with them., including shopping, cooking, visiting friends and more. I enjoy conversing with them and listening to their stories and talking about a wider range of subjects and current events. I am accustomed to assisting people of different abilities. I like to help them overcome any barriers to mobility or accessing places or facilities. I do this with sensitivity and genuine concern and care. While working in Metro customer care service I regularly assisted passengers travelling in wheelchairs, as well as people with vision or hearing problems. I believe that I always responded well to their requests. I like all people and I treat all people the same, with respect, and conscious of their dignity and their rights. I like to work with younger people and enjoy their energy. I have had experience in organising sports activities. I also relate well to my peers, youthful people from teenagers through to middle age. I am a friendly person who can make good conversation. I have a sense of humour and I am an optimistic and energetic person. I have had some experience in both management and customer service work. I especially enjoy customer service people and meeting, communicating with people of all ages, nationalities, walks of life. I like to bring a smile to people faces by answering their inquiries and directing them to the services or places they wish to go. I am able to get around and visit people in the city. I am happy to assist them, if and when they need assistance, or simply to be good company, and a handyman with small jobs like gardening or basic cleaning and tidying up.
