I have been a carer for quite some time in alongside my day job as an HR Manager in an Aged Care Facility. I’ve spent most of my adult life helping and caring for people in my community. It makes me feel good to give back. It’s the best job in the world! I have a young step son with ADHD, so I’m well versed when it comes to children with different needs. I have extensive experience with Anxiety, depression and mental health. I’m open, patient and always focused on patient centred care. Gardening is one of my favourite hobbies, but I’m also interested in herbology and natural remedies. I love Naturopathy and learning about natural medicines found in nature. I love to get out for a walk around a waterfall or along the beach with my family.
