I become a social worker because I like caring for people and helping them with their goals in life, it reminds me of my grandma she was also a kinda and caring person and I think that rubbed off on me and so I think my experience and passion is why I would be a good support worker. Patient, helpful, good listener, a great sence of humor, and a good smile goes a long way 😊 Yes I have grown up with my brother who has a disability my whole life so my background experience I have lived it with my brother in caring for him and my family, I have also worked in this field for 5 years now and will continue to work in this field as i enjoy it a lot.
