I love working with people, and making difference in their day to day routine, even the slightest difference means great success for me. what makes me great Social Carer is the skills and passion that I have for working and helping with people in the community. Additionally my experiences that I gathered from my volunteer work and my placement has developed those skills of building relationship with people, and actively listening to them without judgments and be there when they need help. During my volunteer/Placement work, I have worked with people from CALD community, from building their confident to making them independent living in Australian society. ^& ^&My different skills and hobbies with be helpful to me and the person I'll be sharing it with. For instance, one of many of my hobbies that I could share with someone in the community would be coking. my love for food and cooking can become a reason for me to interact with a person in the community, give them program, where they can learn how to cook as well other life skills included in the hobby. ^&
