I wanted to become a Social Carer because I genuinely enjoy supporting and caring for others and making a positive difference in their everyday lives. I find it very rewarding helping people feel safe, supported, and valued, especially during important stages of their development. I believe I will be good at this role because I am patient, compassionate, and attentive to individual needs. I currently work with kindergarten children, which has strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and adapt my care to suit different personalities and situations I am passionate about working with children and supporting their learning, growth, and emotional wellbeing. Through my work in a kindergarten setting, I have developed strong skills in communication, supervision, routine based care, and engaging children in age appropriate activities.
