I enjoy helping people, I love listening to people’s stories, I love helping people achieve goals and over come obstacles. I am a chef by trade, I have a passion for food, and love teaching people about food and cooking. I have a passion for tv and film, annimation, digital art. I love Melbourne, football (AFL), fishing and walking/hiking. I love video games and technology. I am an expert in Dad Jokes and enjoy making people smile and laugh. I worked the last three years as a catering manager at a children’s camp. I have excellent knowledge on dietary needs and food allergens. I have also spent fives years working in aged care and retirement living, as a chef and a food service assistant. I am handy in the garden and around the house. My wife and I lost a child to heart disease in 2013, I believe experiencing something like this gave me a different outlook on life, and allows me to remain calm in stressful situations. I love coaching as well and seeing peoples potential once they start to believe in themselves.
