I have 3.5 years work experience as a support coordinator, supporting participants with MND. Previous to this, I was a disability support worker for two years, supporting participants from a variety of contexts and age brackets. I have my cert III and IV in Fitness and have two years experience as a personal trainer, as well as a Bachelor of Psychology degree. I’m very into my fitness and love getting out in nature for walks. I’d love to help others achieve their fitness goals or just become more generally active. I’m also a massive foodie. I love to cook everyday and am very focused on wholefoods. I’d love to help cook meals with you or teach you how to eat a more nutritious diet. I’m also very big on all things personal growth. I thrive off of helping other people to feel seen, heard, and understood, and love guiding others to feel more capable and confident in navigating their lives and achieving their goals.
