I can work as a positive team member or autonomously.  I am a self-starter worker who enjoys hands-on work and is not afraid of hard work and can take direction and put into practice whatever is needed to provide people with the support that they want and deserve.  I pride myself on achieving high standards in all aspects of life as part of my spiritual journey. My goal is to help people and save up funds one day to eventually open my own platform where I can provide further services to help more people in need of support. I am currently a support worker and have been for the last 6 months and feel like I have finally found my calling in life which I know is to help people. I have previously had the privilege of coaching groups of teenaged kids and young children in basketball working for the big shots Brisbane bullets program and also for Greater Springfield Pioneers Basketball association helping kids and young people achieve their goals in a sport they love and develop new skills ^& ^&I have been playing guitar and piano both for 10+ years and I have also played basketball and a wide variety of many different sports my whole life which I am still involved in ^&
