I have always had a strong desire to help others . I'm drawn to social and communitu care because I like building meaningful relationships and support people to live the best lives possible especially those facing challenges. My experience as a community nurse and support worker foemr the last years has provided me with may social and practical skills. I get along well with many different people from various backrounds and enjoy getting to know people and their stories. I feel the one on one support I have provided means quality care is always provided and has meant my patients and clients are impacted positively. I love to create things, I enjoy arts and crafts. I also like movies and music as I find these activities relaxing especially when enjoying them with others. I belive coming from a nursing backround realy helps me understand a lot of health issues potential clients me face. I have experience in mental health clients, elderly and parkinsons clients in particular. Health care, community particiaption and domestic assistance have always been importants of my role as both a community nurse and support worker.
