After finishing my marketing degree I came to realise I wanted to pursue something within the healthcare field as I get so much fulfilment from helping other people. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories and think this is one of my strengths when it comes to customer service in any job I've had. My friends and family all come to me or advice and when they need someone to just listen and that itself brings me joy! I have quite a few close friends that are social workers and the relationships they've built with their clients was super appealing to me. I pride myself in being super patient and caring, I love getting to know people and their interests. I'm able to organise myself and others well especially in busy/stressful situations and can calm others well. I have really strong people skills and am able to multitask and learn things and systems really quickly. I'm super passionate about all types of music and I'm always looking to find new artists and genres, I think music is such a good way to bond people. I also really enjoy being outdoors and doing anything crafty! In my spare time I do a lot of arts and crafts, reading, thrifting and listening to music. I'm super family and friend oriented and love spending time with my nephew Although I don't have any experience in this particular field, I am super passionate about the healthcare and support industry. I think that the skills and experience I've gained through my other jobs would come in handy to allow me to give each client the best support in a way that suits them best. In my personal life, I take a lot of care of family members that have gone through their own mental and physical hardships and despite this not being technical experience, I do understand the toll these hardships take on individuals and their family.
