Hi everyone, I am Rajwinder and have been working as a support worker for almost 7years and collected great experience with high needs and behaviour participants. I am 42years woman who loves to travel, cook and hang out with my friends, located in doreen, Melbourne. I am currently offering social support and domestic assistance as an independent disability support worker. I offer a range of services such as meal preparation, personal care, high needs, transport, light cleaning, and companionship. I want to help people. I have always had a passion for this kind of work. Seeing the people, I support smile makes me know I have made a positive difference I have been able to build positive relationships with clients and their families, which helps solidify trust. I have a strong work ethic and am committed to delivering high-quality care in a timely and efficient manner I enjoy taking on new challenges and learning new skills.
