I was inspired to become a social carer nearly 20 years ago by a desire to make a positive impact on people’s lives, especially the elderly and vulnerable in our community. Why do you think you will be good at it? With 19 years of experience, including 13 years at Bankstown City Aged Care, and still working in Bankstown city agecare.I have the skills and passion to provide high-quality care. My empathetic nature and commitment to continuous learning ensure I can connect deeply with my clients and meet their needs effectively. I am passionate about providing compassionate care and support to the elderly and vulnerable, helping them live life to the fullest. My skills include extensive experience in aged care and home care, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the needs of my clients. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening, which allows me to relax and connect with nature, Watching TV I also love cooking and often experiment with new recipes to share with family and friends. I have 19 years of experience in aged care, including dementia care. I am passionate about helping people live their best lives. I am patient, empathetic, and a good communicator.
