Hi! I’m Paz, a psychologist and yoga instructor passionate about supporting people to live with dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
I bring hands-on experience working with individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities across different settings. In Chile, I coordinated a support program for families and people with disabilities, delivered adapted yoga sessions for older adults with physical limitations, and worked in a school supporting children with diverse needs. I currently offer online psychology sessions, which strengthens my communication, emotional support, and person-centred approach.
I’m confident supporting daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and social engagement, always adapting to each person’s needs and preferences. I genuinely enjoy building trust, creating a positive environment, and working closely with both participants and their families.
A very meaningful experience for me was caring for my grandmother during her final stage of advanced dementia. This strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to provide calm, respectful, and compassionate care.
I’m reliable, proactive, and warm, and I take pride in making people feel safe, supported, and valued
I love to talk about how we can feel better, in all aspects. And also I like giving yoga classes, that’s not just poses but also breathe work and meditation. I live everything about having a healthy lifestyle
