I love to work with people, I am a qualified chef for over 20 years and I am running in business for long time. I had various people working for my department and I am and have been a good leader and a coach for their professional development and life, I have trained many apprentices from cert I to cert IV in commercial cookery and front of house staff. I love to cook for people and make them happy with the food, I like to entertain my family and friends with stories and activities. I am very compassionate about people in need and with disability. We are currently feeding some of the homeless people and we try to speak with them in order to shows empathy and interest in their life. I believe that we should help the people that cant make it by them selves.^& ^&I would love to start by making beautiful meals and teach them on how to prepare from scratches their own food and prepare their diets, I can help them to prepare an healthy diet and understand the importance of fresh and local ingredients, the calories, the differences between products and their benefits. I could then also organise groups of cooking classes and work with a group side by side through a common goal and towards personal achievements. It is notorious that the cave man evolution started when he cooked his first meal, therefore I believe that through cooking classes we can then engage with other activities to improve the life of the people.^&
