I want to become a Social carer because this profession allows me to make a real difference to people's lives. As a disability support worker I can provide personal, physical and emotional support to people with disability on a regular basis to help them feel independent, confident and a part of their community. My name is Pallav and I am 26 years old. I have completed my Certificate III in Individual care and have more than a year of experience in working as a Support Worker. Through my experience to date, I have been able to build positive relationships with clients and their families, which helps solidify trust. I have a strong work ethic and I am committed to delivering high-quality care in a timely and efficient manner. My hobbies are reading books and working out. Along with this, I also like cooking. I like to do outdoor activities like hiking and camping and also I have played sports like football, cricket, badminton, basketball and chess.
