My name is Paksiri, and I’m a support worker based in Epping NSW 2121. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, a Certificate III in Aged Care, First Aid certification, and children check, along with a full driver’s licence and my own car. I have over 8 years of experience in the disability support field, supporting individuals with a wide range of needs, including both mental and physical health. I’m passionate about providing person-centred care and take pride in being patient, empathetic, and a good listener. I focus on creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment where participants feel comfortable and understood. I was motivated to become a support worker because I genuinely enjoy helping people and making a positive difference in their everyday lives. I aim to support individuals to build confidence, develop independence, and stay connected with their community, while providing reliable and consistent care tailored to their goals. My key skills include strong communication, empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with a wide range of individuals. I’m organised, reliable, a fast learner, and good at following instructions. I’m also able to adapt to different situations while maintaining a steady and reassuring approach. In my free time, I enjoy staying active, including hiking and exploring different walking tracks. I also enjoy cooking, a bit of drawing, and relaxing with music or movies.
