I am a passionate and compassionate Community Services professional with extensive experience in disability, aged care, and community support. I am skilled in providing companionship, mentoring, daily living assistance, and social engagement, I am able to empower individuals to live independently and participate in community life. Holding a Diploma of Community Services, Certificate III in Individual Support, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, I bring a unique combination of frontline client care, workforce development expertise, and stakeholder engagement. My motivation comes from teaching Community Services and seeing how quality care changes lives. I also gained hands-on experience at Carrington Care, Grassmere, supporting dementia patients, which inspired me to provide meaningful companionship and practical support to people in need. I am passionate about supporting people to live independently and feel included in their community. I have strong skills in companionship, mentoring, and daily living support, gained through both teaching Community Services and hands-on care experience. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, playing different types of sports, shopping, gardening, and walking. I’m also passionate about music and cultural events, which I find are great ways to connect with people and bring joy into everyday life. I can't wait to work and connect with people. I have recently completed my NDIS training module. My first aid training course is expired now, as I did it few years earlier, but I would be happy to refresh it.
