I was motivated to become a Social Carer because I’ve always enjoy to help others, especially those who need support to live with dignity and independence. Seeing the difference that care and kindness can make in someone’s life inspires me every day. I enjoy building trust with people and being someone they can rely on. I believe I will be good at this role because I am compassionate, hardworking, and a good listener. I understand the importance of respecting each person’s individual needs and treating them with empathy and patience. I also work well under pressure and stay calm in challenging situations. With my training and experience, I am confident I can provide high-quality, person-centred care. my passions include helping others, making a positive impact in the community, and supporting people to live happy and independent lives My skills include good communication, active listening, patience, and being reliable and organised. I work well in a team but can also manage tasks independently. I always aim to learn and improve in everything I do. My hobbies include cooking, going for walks, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy learning new things, especially about health, wellbeing, and personal development. I’m from Thailand In my background, we look after our elderly parents and grandparents, so family is very important to us. Caring for others is something I’ve grown up with, and it has taught me patience, respect, and the value of supporting people with kindness. This has shaped who I am and makes me feel proud to continue that care in my work.
