I am passionate about giving people with disability autonomy and a voice that will be listened to. I have 5 years of experience working as a disability support worker and 2 years of experience working in a multidisciplinary clinic. There I see many children living with a wide range of physical and neurological disabilities. I recently graduated with a double degree in Speech & Hearing Sciences and Psychology, and I am currently undertaking a Bachelor of Speech Pathology with a life goal of becoming a paediatric speech pathologist. Aside from my academic pursuits, I absolutely love to read, paint, explore nature, and go out for a coffee and a walk with a friend. There is something so special about making connections with people from different walks of life, and seeing how much difference even a small connection can make. This is what motivates me to be a Social Carer. I am motivated to create a safe and fun environment where friendship and growth can foster into an enjoyment for life.
