Nicole Sara Cross I am looking forward to being a super star in this supportive industry. I have a passion for the elderly, disabled and really would love nothing more than to give the most for a beautiful life so it can be lived to the fullest with no stone unturned. I really do hope that what I do will only bring joy to all as I really feel great when making others happy. I started with home care but this was not consistent for me as I was on call and not getting enough shifts. Then I started working for Aged care in Lifestyles which I truly love. I left for a short time due to Covid and having to home school my three boys. I am trying my luck with support now and there is no way I am leaving ever again as I really love making a difference to others lives. I am a mother of three boys Hayden 19, Liam 17 and Caleb 10 and a doting husband Rob. So you can see I’m a very busy lady with running of my home, taking kids to sporting events, play dates and party’s to note a few things out of work. No rest for the wicked! Having worked in the aged care industry for some years now with me working in both home care and aged care I still really have a strong passion for this as no one day is ever the same and if I can put a smile on others faces brings me so much joy
