I’m a people person, I love meeting new people and connecting with them to learn about the things they love and what excites them in their world. I’m an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who works full time in the disability sector, and a qualified swim teacher. I love all things outdoors, going on adventures, being creative with DIY projects and hanging out with my dog, friends and family. I love listening and learning from the people I work with, and being involved in communities that enable people to be themselves and enjoy themselves! I love keeping active and creating safe spaces for clients that I work with to enjoy being active, and participating in whatever type of physical activity they enjoy. Im a great listener and intuitive to people’s emotions, I will adapt to suit the needs of the person I am working with to make sure they are having the most enjoyable experience.
