I was raised by strong women who selflessly helped friends, family, and clients, which instilled similar traits in me. When not spending time with my 22yo & 16yo boys, I like to hang with my pets, believing strongly in the power of pet therapy. I'm also a huge advocate for positive mental health and wellbeing. One of my favourite all time sayings is 'what mental health needs is more sunshine, more candour, and more unashamed conversation'! My goal is to help educate children on positive mental health and well-being, teaching them that there is nothing to be ashamed of, and in general, about understanding those big feelings that often overwhelm them.
