Hi everyone! My name is Niamh (Neev) and I am 22 years old. I have just finished my degree in a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and I have a real passion for helping people. I believe my fun, caring and resilient personality makes me a great candidate for support work. I have experience working with children from previous nannying positions and my current role at before and after school care however, I am open to work with individuals from a range of different age groups. I have worked with children with ASD and ADD, and from my role as a clinical assistant I have experience assisting individuals of all ages with meal preparation, proving transportation, and I am always willing to provide emotional support and companionship to assist you to participate in your daily and community activities. I am hard-working, dedicated, compassionate and always willing to learn new skills. I have exceptional attention to detail, am able to work under pressure and have excellent communication and time management skills. In my spare time I love to read (my favourite author is Colleen Hoover), listen to country music and I have also started to learn how to crochet and I love to do pottery painting. I also enjoy going to the gym, going on walks and I love spending my weekends at the beach. I would consider myself an open-minded person however, so I am always willing to try anything and would love the opportunity to learn new skills and be exposed to new activities.
