I have over three years of experience working with people with diverse types of disabilities, supporting them to live with independence, dignity, and joy. Throughout this time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with individuals of different ages, backgrounds, and support needs, which has strengthened my empathy, adaptability, and communication skills. I hold a Certificate III in Individual Support and I’m currently studying a Diploma of Community Services to deepen my knowledge and broaden my capacity to support others in more complex and meaningful ways. My approach is always person-centred. I take the time to build trust and genuine connections, getting to know each person, their goals, interests, and what makes them feel confident and empowered. I enjoy finding shared interests and supporting people in learning new skills or engaging in activities that bring them joy and a sense of purpose. I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported—and I bring that belief into every interaction.
