In my current position as a Customer Service & Events Team Member which is my first job in Australia, I have honed my ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced environments, effectively liaising with customers and engaging with a diverse clientele. However, I am still eager to return to a healthcare career, as individual or patient care is my original career path. Key highlights of my experience and knowledge include: • Six-year full-time medical study including one-year full-time internship in hospital in a direct patientcare setting in a bachelor’s degree study (successfully completed) and has been verified by ECFMG (Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates) • Familiarity with patientcare setting for both physical and mental disability patients in a hospital environment • After arriving in Australia, my current job is championing a culture of service excellence, engaging with over 1,000 clients and stakeholders in high-pressure event settings. • Ensuring timely service delivery and optimising client’s health and experience With proven hospital experience and customer service skills, a keen eye for detail and a patient-oriented mindset, I have confidence to thrive in both individual home care and hospital care settings and always bring a client centre approach to service providing and problem-solving. I am a fully licenced medical doctor in my home country with experience in a direct patientcare setting mainly in the hospital setting. My medical degree has been verified by ECFMG - Education Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (which is officially being used by Australia Medical Councils for verification of international medical credentials)
