About me

I am motivated to become a Social Carer because I have always had a strong desire to help people live with dignity and independence, regardless of their challenges. My experience in a support work gave me firsthand insight into how meaningful and rewarding this field is. I have seen how even small acts of support can make a big difference in someone’s quality of life, and that’s what drives me every day. Being able to empower individuals to achieve their goals and feel valued in their communities is something I deeply care about. I believe I am well suited to this role because of my hands on experience, my empathy, and my strong communication skills. I have worked with clients with a range of needs, and I have learned how to adapt my approach to each person’s preferences and circumstances. I am patient, reliable, and I know how to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally. Most importantly, I genuinely care about the people I support, and I take pride in helping them live more independent lives. I am passionate about personal growth and staying both mentally and physically active. I enjoy reading, especially about psychology, personal development, and different culture, it helps me better understand people and connect with them on a deeper level. I also practice martial arts, which has taught me discipline, patience, and how to stay calm under pressur, qualities that are very useful in support work. Swimming is another hobby I enjoy; it helps me stay balanced and clear-headed. These activities help me maintain a healthy routine and give me the mental and emotional energy to be fully present and supportive in my work. Yes,being a dad has had a big impact on who I am, both personally and professionally. It has taught me patience, empathy, and how to put others’ needs before my own. I have learned how to stay calm in stressful situations, communicate clearly, and provide consistent support and care, skills that directly translate to working in social care. I understand the importance of creating a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment, whether at home or with clients. I believe my experience as a parent has made me more compassionate and grounded, and that helps me connect better with the people I support.
