I have worked within this industry for the past 12 months, I have gained experience how to work more effectively with my participants ensuring their safety, checking within the environment before taking them out for the activities in the community, get them meals prepared& medication administration, assisting them to attend medical appts, and families celebrating when requested to do so. Also I have been working for the past six months with aged care field in the community to assist them in daily life and live independently at their own home. I enjoyed working with my participants, we creat good friendly relationships specially when we do physical activities together, like play football, go to beach, parks movies and many more.
