Hi, I'm Melanie. I've been a disability support worker since 2019, bringing both lived experience and professional expertise to every client relationship. I have close family members living with disability, giving me a genuine understanding of the challenges, strengths, and importance of compassionate, person-centred support. I'm passionate about building trust, promoting independence, and making a positive difference, not just in the lives of the people I support, but often for their families too. Outside of work, my interests include Catholicism, collecting LEGO and cookbooks, and getting creative with craft, despite my lack of talent. I love connecting with people and having fun.
