I am motivated to become an NDIS Social Carer because I am passionate about supporting people to live with dignity, independence, and choice. Through my experience working with children and families, including individuals with additional needs, I have seen the positive impact of consistent, person-centred support.
I believe I will be well suited to this role due to my empathy, patience, and strong communication skills. I am experienced in following individual support plans, adapting to each participant’s needs, and building trusting relationships. I am reliable, attentive to detail, and committed to providing respectful, high-quality support that aligns with NDIS values.
I’m passionate about supporting children and families and helping people feel confident, capable, and included. I’m known for being patient, empathetic, organised, and great at building positive relationships. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, creating educational resources, journaling, and staying active.
I am a primary school teacher, who is looking for some flexibility in my career, while being a mum of 3. I have a Greek background and love helping people.
