I’m experienced NDIS support worker, currently supporting individuals with diverse disabilities including intellectual, physical, multiple sclerosis, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health conditions ( such as schizophrenia, OCD, autism). to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives. providing person centred care, focus on empowering independence and community participation. I’m empathetic, patience and enjoy helping others overcome challenges and improve their wellbeing. Some of my passions, skills and hobbies include listening to others, problem‑solving, community services, and engaging in activities like art and craft, bowling, barbecue , going for movies, driving, community events, exercise and community access. An interesting fact about me is that I have completed a Certificate 4 in disability and certificate 3 in aged care which gave me solid skills in personal care and communication, and I’m always eager to learn new ways to support individuals in need.
