Hi! I'm Makerita but I go by the name Rita. I am Samoan born having lived in Sydney for 20 years, 23 years of age and a full-time uni student at UTS studying a Bachelor in Business Majoring in HR and Finance. My eldest brother has a disability (brain damage) and despite his disability, he loves meeting new people and is popular with people in the community. Through this, I have grown to love helping others less fortunate than myself, getting awards in high school for 100+ hours of community service, being actively involved in my community, church and love helping out where I can. I love spending time with my family and friends especially my dog Mahalo, going on hikes, going for walks and finding new food places! My biggest passion is travelling, I have been to Europe, USA, NZL and throughout the South Pacific. Travelling allows me to disconnect, and experience new cultures and makes me more open-minded. I am open to a challenge and look forward to this experience with Like Family.
