I wanted to become a Social Carer because I enjoy supporting older people and making their daily lives easier. Working as a Catering Assistant in an aged care facility has taught me patience, kindness and the importance of good care. I believe I will be good at this role because I am caring, reliable and enjoy helping others. Some of my hobbies include cooking, gardening and walking. I enjoy spending time with people, listening to their stories and creating a positive environment. An interesting fact about me is that I have experience working with elderly residents in aged care, which has made me compassionate and understanding of their needs.
