Hi, my name is Lucy, I wish to assist people in need, whether it be the elderly or disabled, as my personal story being when my mother was caring for my ill father & she was juggling part time work & babysitting my son one day a week. I know the extra help my mother desperately needed, was a lifesaver. So, I can empathise when I hear stories of people needing assistance or just someone to chat to. I love helping people and making a difference in their lives. I worked in a customer service job for 14 years so I have the experience of dealing with a diverse range of people.
