About me

I'm driven by the belief that a compassionate, genuine presence can make all the difference, a lesson I learned caring for my father-in-law after his dementia diagnosis. It's finding someone level headed, kind, reliable and open minded to do the grocery shopping, pick up the laundry, sit on the lounge for hours and watch TV drama's with. As a Behavioral Scientist equipped with 15+ years experience helping the neurodivergent community with navigating difficult managers, asking for workplace adjustments and promotion readiness, I also believe everyone deserves to be treated fairly and to be paid their worth. I love building meaningful connections and helping people feel seen and capable, not just assisted. My approach is always to meet people where they're at, ensuring they feel supported and valued, whether that be experienced through sitting on a park bench in silence looking at the world go by or in the midst of mock interview sessions that help prepare a client for a difficult conversation...I like to think of myself as the judgement free friend and mentor everyone deserves to have in their corner championing them and all that they are.
