I wanted to become a social carer so I can brighten someone’s day and help them achieve their goals while having a little fun and chat along the way. Some of my hobbies include reading books, doing photography and painting, practicing yoga, going for coffee and having a chat. I don’t mind a game of Uno now and again either! I am currently studying a diploma of community services and am loving it. I also volunteer with Raise foundation and do youth mentoring through them. It was actually a fellow mentor who recommended Like Family to me 😊 I also volunteer for an Indigenous children’s homework club and love it. I was born in Ireland and have lived in Australia for 23 years. I love my family and my dog, who is a Labrador retriever
