I would like to become a social carer because I have a deep commitment to serving others and am drawn to roles that focus on supporting individuals. I have a background in case management, specifically supporting injured workers from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Pursuing my Master of Social Work and being an active volunteer in the Vietnamese community in Melbourne has further reinforced and developed my passion for community-based roles that promote wellbeing. I love participating in hands-on creative activities such as: arts and crafts, painting, and flower arranging. I also love dancing, going on walks, and visiting places that express historical, artistic and spiritual beliefs (for example: museums, art galleries, places of worship, cultural centres, public gardens etc.).
